Our Team

Most of our attorneys have extensive experience practicing law in other settings, including in BigLaw or in other boutique firms, as well as in house counsel in various companies.  Some are business owners or have had careers other in industry.  This broad range of experience helps them better understand and address our clients’ business needs.

We draw on our wide networks for other resources when appropriate, collaborating with attorneys and professionals in other firms and utilizing contract attorneys in tandem with our attorneys to more efficiently meet client needs. Our paralegal and administrative teams, coordinated by Ladonna Mahecha, support our legal team.

Our firm also partners from time to time with a local law school to host law clerks. Our purpose is to assist our clerks in developing the practical skills necessary to better serve clients.  Our law clerks are an important part of our team. We are dedicated to working with them and mentoring them both while they work with us and after they go on to permanent employment.
